Surrounded by lush greenery, the wooden walkway along Shuishe Dam offers a tranquil stroll with expansive views of Sun Moon Lake. As the morning light reflects off the water and the distant Cien Pagoda and mountain ranges come into view, the picturesque landscape is irresistible. The natural beauty of the area makes it a popular spot for wedding photography.

The Yongjie and Tongxin Bridges are iconic spots on the bike path between Shuishe and Xiangshang. The curved Yongjie Bridge gracefully crosses a valley, while the design of the Tongxin Bridge is inspired by the traditional fishing nets of the indigenous Thao tribe. These white bridges, located near the Wedding Photography Plaza, are also popular sites for wedding photos.

Located beside the lake at the Xiangshan Administrative and Visitor Center in Sun Moon Lake, the "Xiangshan Bald Cypress" features dozens of beautiful bald cypress trees, creating a picturesque scene with the backdrop of Sun Moon Lake. This is a seasonal highlight during autumn and winter.

Situated just by Xiangshan Visitor Center, the plaza features heart-shaped landscaping which resonates with the Sun Moon Lake and yellow cypress. Many would-be brides and grooms like to take wedding photos here.

The Xiangshang Visitor Center is both for tourism and administration use. The uniquely designed building has wood-patterned exteriors and wings that stretch like human arms embracing the earth. In addition, the two giant canopy structures, 34 meters long and 8 meters tall each, allow people to enjoy beautiful views of the Sun Moon Lake from the top.

This steel platform, inspired by the "pestle" of the Thao tribe, extends over Sun Moon Lake at a height of 10 meters above the water. Its hollowed floor design showcases structural aesthetics, creating the illusion of diving into the lake as it extends toward the water. Visitors can enjoy panoramic views of Lalu Island, Hanbi Peninsula, and Shuishe Dam from the platform.
